Two Dresses, One Pattern

Want to know what my two most worn dresses I made are??

Well, they are practically the same dress.

I made the pink one to wear at a fancy wedding and I liked it so much I made a relatively more casual version.

If I could have had the flower print on a nice cotton, it would have fit my vision perfectly but alas, I had to settle for a silky polyester. The pink dress is out of a polyester taffeta because I hadn't learned my lesson yet. (Permanente wrinkles)

The pattern is a retro style pattern and I didn't modify any of it. I liked the shape of the neckline for the front and back. Once again, this pattern doesn't use princess seams for the bust which is what initially drew me in.
